What Makes a Team?

This week, we stepped away from the laboratory for a few days to spend some time with our colleagues at CEKOM 3LJ in Trilj and enjoy some Dalmatian food and wine along the way.

And somewhere along the way, we also decided that cycling 50 km was a good team-building idea.

It definitely wasn't easy peasy for everyone, but that was part of the experience. When your own energy starts running low, someone else's keeps you going. We pushed each other a little further, shared a lot of laughs and crossed the finish line together.

More Than Projects and Equipment

A good reminder that growing a company is not only about new projects, equipment and expertise. It is also about the people around us and the energy we give each other. We are especially proud to have a team where years of experience meet fresh perspectives, curiosity and new energy, and where everyone has something to learn from each other.
